The black Lumix GX85 from Panasonic features a compact build and intuitive layout, along with a feature set to suit a multimedia lifestyle. Utilizing a 16MP Live MOS sensor, which lacks an optical low-pass filter for increased sharpness, the GX85 is capable of shooting continuously at up to 10 fps with single-shot autofocus, or 6 fps with continuous autofocus, as well as up to 40 fps when using an electronic shutter function. UHD 4K video recording is also supported in 30 and 24 fps frame rates, as well as Full HD 1080p, and the 4K recording abilities also permit shooting 8MP stills at a 30 fps rate. A sensitivity range up to ISO 25600 permits working in difficult and low-light settings while 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization also helps to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting.

The GX85 is a versatile mirrorless camera further characterized by its sleek form factor and connected functionality. The camera also incorporates both a 2.76m-dot electronic viewfinder as well as a 3.0" 1.04m-dot touchscreen LCD and remote camera control from linked smartphones or tablets. The GX85 is capable of capturing clear, high-resolution stills as well as UHD 4K video. Full HD 1080p/60 is also supported, in both MP4 and AVCHD formats, as well as HD and SD resolutions. 4K Burst: Just as with video recording, this mode will allow you to continuously record 8MP images at 30 fps for up to 29 min. 59 sec., making it ideal for instances where you need a fast frame rate in order to capture the best moment. 4K Burst (S/S): This mode most closely follows the 4K video recording process, and allows you to playback your video, pause at the chosen moment, and use the shutter button to mark a chosen frame from the video and save it as a single 8MP frame. Helping to achieve the utmost sharpness when photographing handheld, Dual I.S. combines the GX85's 5-axis sensor-shift image stabilization technology with lens-based image stabilization to compensate for a broader range of movement types to render sharper, clearer imagery.

DFD (Depth-From-Defocus) technology is employed to quickly calculate the distance to subjects and adjust the focusing position in order to suit working with continuous shooting rates up to 6 fps with continuous AF. This contrast-detection type focus method benefits both still and video recording modes, as well as subject tracking applications where subject color, size, and motion vectors are used to intelligently lock onto the moving subjects and ensures precise focus. An integrated 2.76m-dot electronic viewfinder offers a bright, clear eye-level means for composing images, and features a 0.7x effective magnification. The 3.0" 1.04m-dot rear OLED monitor has a tilting design to support viewing from a variety of angles. It is also a touchscreen. Nine programmable function buttons can be used to control a wide variety of settings and tools. 

Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows for wireless image sharing and remote camera control from linked smartphones and tablets. A mechanical focal plane shutter enables a fast maximum shutter speed of 1/4000 sec., as well as a top flash sync speed of 1/160 sec. An electronic shutter function also avails a top shutter speed of 1/16,000 sec. to better enable working in bright conditions and with wider aperture settings.

Despite its sleek stature, the lens's sophisticated optical design uses three aspherical elements and one extra-low dispersion element to correct spherical and chromatic aberrations for notable sharpness and clarity throughout the zoom range. A stepping AF motor and internal focus design are also employed for quick, quiet focusing performance that suits movie and photo applications, and MEGA O.I.S. helps to ensure sharp handheld photos by compensating for the effects of camera shake. Compact standard zoom is designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras and provides a 24-64mm equivalent focal length range. Three aspherical elements and one extra-low dispersion element control spherical aberrations, distortion, and chromatic aberrations. The stepping AF motor and internal focus design provide smooth and quiet focusing performance that is well-suited to both photo and video use. Pancake form factor measures just 0.9"-thick when retracted and not in use.

We offer free regular shipping on all orders. GadgetWard ships orders of any size to any address in Canada with no extra cost. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, and with the greatest variety of cost options, we ship through FedEx, DHL, UPS and Canada Post.

Orders completed at or before 7:00 PM (EST) will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business day. Also we offer shipping with insurance.

Shipments and deliveries are processed on weekdays. Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday or Next Business Day.

Delivery times are based on our best approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times for shipments to the CANADA are based on estimates from our shipping partners. Some shipments may be delayed due to remote locations and this will affect delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

With the exception of lettermail shipments, all orders can be tracked through the “Your Account” page on the GadgetWard Parts website.

To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you have been provided after your shipment was processed. If you have not received a tracking order, your order has not yet been processed.

Damaged in Shipment

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment, please contact info@gadgetward.com within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll open a claim with the Courier Company on your behalf.

Please keep the box, the packaging, and the contents of the order to expedite your claim. Claims will require approximately two weeks for processing and replacements will be organized as needed.

Standard Return Policy for Electronics:

We accept product back under receipt of faulty product or DOA. We don't accept returns based on change of mind. It is customer's responsibility to notify us for DOA or Faulty product within 24 hours to get replacement or refund. Still wish to return within 30 days from the delivery date then we will charge 30% restocking fees on the total order price. Product must not have any scratch or dent and must be in returnable condition with all original package contents to qualify for full refund. With the exception of items damaged during shipments, customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to our warehouse.

How to Claim Warranty?

- When customer gets issue in Product during the Warranty Period, customer need to contact us via email. We will provide shipping label to send product back to us, we will get it repaired from Manufacturer and send it back without any extra cost.

- Human error will not be covered under warranty.

- Any unauthenticated app downloading and/or flashing the product will not be covered under the warranty.

- Warranty resolution time: 3-4 weeks from the date of product received at our warehouse.

- Please note : Warranty Claims are being processed within Canada only. No Overseas shipment.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (In Particular Manufacturing Country) no matter where purchased by original purchaser with actual proof of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty includes workmanship and materials but not normal wear and tear.

GadgetWard branded products have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise specified). We will repair or replace at our discretion.

GadgetWard’s warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. The warranty is valid only at GadgetWard. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than GadgetWard will void this warranty.
