The Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera sports the popular mirrorless technology that allows for a light and compact body. Making such stunning 16Mp stills and 1920 x 1080 HD video possible would be the 16Mp Live MOS image sensor and the TruePic VI image processor. Additionally, 9.2 fps high-speed sequential shooting goes a step further to ensure that fast-moving subjects are easily captured. The 5-axis, sensor-shift image stabilization system also comes into play here, compensating for vertical, horizontal, and rotational camera shake, which conventional 2-axis systems of the past haven't been able to tame. In addition to this impressive EVF, the camera also has a 3.0" tilting OLED touchscreen monitor, making it the first Olympus camera to have such capabilities. The touchscreen monitor allows for fast menu navigation, and brilliant composition and review of scenes. The OM-D EM-5 is also a tough camera, featuring a dust-proof and splash-proof design. As Olympus states, "Multiple ring-shaped seals protect the camera from sand, dust, rain, and water spray".

 The OLYMPUS E-M5 is the first Olympus interchangeable-lens camera to incorporate a 120 fps refresh rate, high definition electronic viewfinder with an eye sensor to seamlessly switch the display between the tilting 3.0" touch screen OLED and the electronic viewfinder for ease of use. It features a 100% field of view, a maximum of 1.15x magnification, and an eye point of 18mm for fatigue-free viewing. Olympus' TruePic VI image-processing engine dramatically improves image quality in low-light environments. The camera's sensor allows for a maximum ISO of 25,600, and the dynamic range has been expanded for more faithful color reproduction. Previous IS mechanisms compensated for camera shake by addressing only two kinds of movement along the vertical and horizontal axis. However, camera shake can be caused by five different kinds of movement: horizontal shift, vertical shift, rotary motion, as well as the yaw and pitch. Maximum frame rates in sequential shooting have also increased more than 2x with a max frame rate of 9 fps in Single AF. A new 3D tracking AF system can follow the subject through the X-, Y- and Z-axes to dramatically improve focus on moving subjects.

The Live Bulb feature updates the Live View image on the OLED screen at pre-set intervals during long exposures and enables the user to preview continually unfolding actions such as fireworks or waterfalls and adjust the exposure time accordingly while capturing the image at the desired moment. An innovative new interface, EVF Creative Control, produces a tone curve overlay on the viewfinder screen to enable separate adjustment of highlight and shadow brightness, white balance, magnification, and aspect ratio can also be manipulated via the EVF. The electronic viewfinder section of the body is also made of magnesium alloy to ensure durability, and the FL-LM2 Electronic Flash that ships with the camera features the same dustproof and splashproof construction.

Orders completed at or before 7:00 PM (EST) will be packaged and delivered within 7-10 business day from the date of order. Also we offer shipping with insurance.

Shipments and deliveries are processed on weekdays. Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday or Next Business Day.

Delivery times are based on our best approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times for shipments to the USA are based on estimates from our shipping partners. Some shipments may be delayed due to remote locations and this will affect delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

With the exception of lettermail shipments, all orders can be tracked through the “Your Account” page on the GadgetWard Parts website.

To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you have been provided after your shipment was processed. If you have not received a tracking order, your order has not yet been processed.

Damaged in Shipment

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment, please contact support@gadgetward-usa.com within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll open a claim with the Courier Company on your behalf.

Please keep the box, the packaging, and the contents of the order to expedite your claim. Claims will require approximately two weeks for processing and replacements will be organized as needed.

Standard Return Policy for Electronics:

We accept product back under receipt of faulty product or DOA. We don't accept returns based on change of mind. It is customer's responsibility to notify us for DOA or Faulty product within 24 hours to get replacement or refund. Still wish to return within 30 days from the delivery date then we will charge 30% restocking fees on the total order price. Product must not have any scratch or dent and must be in returnable condition with all original package contents to qualify for full refund. With the exception of items damaged during shipments, customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to our warehouse.

How to Claim Warranty?

- When customer gets issue in Product during the Warranty Period, customer need to contact us via email. We will provide shipping label to send product back to us, we will get it repaired from Manufacturer and send it back without any extra cost.

- Human error will not be covered under warranty.

- Any unauthenticated app downloading and/or flashing the product will not be covered under the warranty.

- Warranty resolution time: 3-4 weeks from the date of product received at our warehouse.

- Please note : Warranty Claims are being processed within Canada only. No Overseas shipment.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (In Particular Manufacturing Country) no matter where purchased by original purchaser with actual proof of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty includes workmanship and materials but not normal wear and tear.

GadgetWard branded products have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise specified). We will repair or replace at our discretion.

GadgetWard’s warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. The warranty is valid only at GadgetWard. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than GadgetWard will void this warranty.
